TechnologyOne and WPM Education partner to provide seamless payment experience for students
Online payments made simple, seamless and secure
2 October 2019 - Leading enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) provider TechnologyOne has partnered with WPM Education to deliver an integrated solution that gives students more visibility and control over how and when they make payments to their university or college.
The integration between TechnologyOne’s Student Management solution and WPM Education’s Payment Platform will allow students to seamlessly manage their payment preferences and make secure payments to their education institution at any time, across any device.
Anwen Robinson, TechnologyOne’s UK Operating Officer, said the partnership was paramount in its commitment to delivering a seamless student experience for the UK’s leading higher education institutions, which include the likes of The London School of Economics and Exeter University.
“We’re thrilled to partner with WPM Education to expand our Student Management capabilities,” Ms Robinson said.
“Not only will the partnership provide a more compelling experience for students, it will enable higher education institutions to view receipt of payments in real time, creating a more efficient and accurate reconciliation process.”
WPM Education Founder and Director, Holger Bollmann, said the partnership marks the start of a strong relationship.
“Similarly to TechnologyOne, WPM Education has worked in partnership with the higher and further education sectors for more than 20 years,” Bollmann said.
“Student expectations for simple, seamless and secure online payment experiences are the norm, and we’re delighted to partner with TechnologyOne to help provide that.”
TechnologyOne’s Student Management software forms part of its OneEducation enterprise SaaS solution, developed specifically for education institutions. The solution manages the entire student lifecycle; including applications, enrolments, progressions, graduations and alumni-related matters.
