What the hack's it all about?
Pick a project
Pick something you’re passionate about. It can be something big and ambitious like a new feature, prototype or new piece of functionality. It could be a new design for our website or a new approvals process - it's up to you, as long as it’s somehow related to TechOne.Get your team together
Pick teammates who can help with your project or are passionate about your ideas. Ask your co-workers or contact others in the business that you think will help you bring your idea to life. You can have as many or as few people in your team as you want. You can also work individually, it’s up to you!Hack away
The objective of Hack Day is to encourage creativity and innovation, and for you to think outside the box. Not enough time to complete your project in just one Hack Day? No dramas, we run four Hack Days a year so you can use the additional Hack Days to continue working to refine your idea.“The whole day was really good. There was a great atmosphere around TechOne, the decorations, food and t-shirts added a festive and exciting feel to the day and the enthusiasm from leaders really flowed through to employees. I can’t wait to see what the next Hack Day brings!”
